1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the product.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund based on your preference.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used. Please be sure to review product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund Process

  • To Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at sales@majpaints.co.uk or through our website’s contact form with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Return Shipping: In cases where a return is required, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exclusions

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered (including but not limited to mixing, blending, or altering the product) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
